Doug is focused on the consumer sector. Mr. Corbett is a six-sigma trained executive with significant experience growing and optimizing branded businesses in the U.S., Western Europe and Canada. Mr. Corbett was recently President of InBev USA, a leading importer of specialty beers such as Stella Artois, Beck’s, Bass and Labatt. Mr. Corbett also worked for PepsiCo’s Pizza Hut division and Procter & Gamble. Mr. Corbett holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and an Executive M.B.A. from Insead and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the company’s board of directors as well as serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zing Zang. He formerly served on the board of directors of Uintah Engineering & Land Surveying, and was acting Chief Executive Officer of Dr. Fresh.
Barbara focuses on the healthcare sector. Ms. Hill was most recently the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of ValueOptions, a behavioral health company serving over 30 million members throughout the country. Ms. Hill previously was President of Express Scripts and a senior executive at CIGNA HealthCare, Rush Prudential Health Plans, Aetna Health Plans and The Prudential Insurance Company. Ms. Hill serves on the board of directors of prior fund portfolio company WIN Holdings, and she serves as the Non-Executive Chairperson of portfolio companies OmniSYS, Meduit, Clearway Pain Solutions Institute and Action Behavior Centers. She also serves on the boards of directors of two public companies: Omega Healthcare Investors, a REIT owning or holding mortgages on over 1000 skilled nursing facilities; and Integra LifeSciences, a medical technology company, where she is Lead Director. She previously served on the boards of St. Jude Medical, a Fortune 500 company until its sale to Abbott; Owens & Minor, a Fortune 300 healthcare distribution company; and Revera, a Canadian company operating seniors' facilities in Canada, the US and Great Britain. She earned her B.A. and M.S. degrees from The Johns Hopkins University.
Ned is focused on the software and services sector. Mr. Stringham is also the Managing Partner of 42 Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests and develops cloud-based software businesses focused on industry specific markets. Prior to founding 42 Ventures in 2006, Mr. Stringham co-founded SBi Group, a digital marketing and technology services firm with operations throughout the U.S. and Europe. As CEO, Mr. Stringham successfully built and sold each of its four divisions including Razorfish, which had become the largest independent interactive agency in North America. Prior to SBi Group, Mr. Stringham built a successful consulting business in Sydney, Australia after working as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Stringham was named Executive of the Year by VAR Magazine and Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2004. Mr. Stringham holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and serves as Chairman of Insurance Technologies and formerly served as Chairman of SwipeClock. He is also on the board of directors of Brandt Information Services, InsideRE and Flexible Architecture and Simplified Technology, (FAST).
